Kathmandu, 6 February: President Bidya Devi Bhandari will be addressing a joint session of the Federal Parliament on Friday, February 10. The President, in accordance with the Article 95 of the Constitution of Nepal, will address a joint sitting of the Federal parliament. It would be her final address to the House as her term is expiring in a month. It is the first session of the House of Representatives formed following the November 20 elections.
