Kathmandu, 3 February: The Supreme Court (SC) has ordered the authorities to present a detailed report on the petition filed at the apex court against the order of the Patan High Court to release rape-accused cricketer Sandeep Lamichhane.
The hearing was held by the bench of Supreme Court Justice Hari Prasad Phuyal against the order of the Patan High Court to release Lamichhane on a bail of Rs 2 million. After today’s hearing, the single bench of Justice Phuyal ordered to seek the report including the decisions of the district and appellate courts on Lamichhane’s case.
