Royal Nepal Airlines will be resuming thrice weekly flights between Kathmandu and Patna from October 2 after a decade, following permission of the Indian government to charge better rates.
Nepal’s flag-carrier also hopes to link Biratnagar with Calcutta as soon as permission comes from the Indian government, aviation sources said.
Royal Nepal Airlines is also negotiation with India to start flights between Kathmandu and Banaras in 1995.
RNAC will expand its wings when it starts twice weekly flight from October 30 linking Kathmandu with Shanghai and Osaka without traffic rights between Shanghai and Osaka.
