Kathmandu, 24 January: The Public Procurement Monitoring Office (PPMO)has sought clarification from seven builders and suppliers that have stalled the projects and programmes being implemented under various public bodies.
“Since various public agencies have written to blacklist these builders and suppliers, a notice was sent to their address asking them to submit an explanation within 30 days from the date of receipt of the notice if there is any basis or proof that they should not be blacklisted. But as the written explanation has not been submitted so far, seven more days have been given”, said the notification published by the Public Procurement Monitoring Office.
