Kathmandu, 20 January: Rashtriya Swatantra Party has named Indira Rana Magar to contest the election for the deputy speaker in parliament.
Party spokesperson Mukul Dhakal informed that the decision was made in the meeting of the party this morning.
Earlier, the party had decided to name Sobita Gautam as the candidate for the deputy speaker.
Rana Magar represents the ethnic community and involved in social service for a long time.
