Kathmandu, 14 January: As ruling alliance partners seeking important portfolios in the government, expansion of the cabinet had been delayed.
Prime Minister Pushpakamal Dahal has already exhibited a vote of confidence, even though, the major parties in the alliance — UML and Maoist Center — have not been able to address the demand of small parties in the alliance, which has created a delay in the expansion of the cabinet.
