Kathmandu, 6 January: At least six persons died in a bus accident in Palpa on Thursday night. The ill-fated bus en route to Khursane from Saljhandi met with the accident along the Saljhandi-Dhorapatan road section in Rainadevichhahara rural municipality-8, Tandi.
According to local police, as many as 18 passengers sustained injuries in the accident. Six among the injured are being treated at Edmond City Hospital, Jeetgadhi, Butwal and 12 are undergoing treatment in Lumbini Provincial Hospital, Butwal.
