Kathmandu, 2 January: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda has announced that the construction of Nijgarh Airport will soon begin. While inaugurating the Pokhara International Airport in Pokhara on 1 January, Prime Minister Dahal announced that the construction of the Nijgarh International Airport will soon begin.
He said, “The third international airport has been put into operation in Pokhara. We will soon start the construction of Nijgadh International Airport. At the same time, Prime Minister Prachanda said that as soon as the third airport is operational, Pokhara will be directly connected to other countries. He also said that the desire for development and prosperity of Pokhara has become stronger with the opening of Pokhara International Airport.
