Dahal urges China to extend cooperation for railway services

 

Kathmandu, 1 January: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal urged the Chinese government to extend support in the construction of projects including the railway service and in easing the trade by opening the transit points.

Inaugurating the Pokhara International Airport today, he lauded Chinese side for extending support in timely construction of the airport and urged for enhanced level of cooperation for overall development of Nepal in the days ahead. He said that the construction of Nijgadh International Airport would be started soon without commenting the Supreme Court’s verdict to halt the project citing environmental impact and dire consequences that inflict in the entire region of Nijgadh.
