Kathmandu, 30 December: Senior Journalist Manindra Lal Shrestha passed away this morning at his residence in Pepsicola, Kathmandu.
Shrestha was suffering from cancer for a long time.
Late Shrestha, 79, was born in Basantapur, Palpa and served on the National News Committee (RSS) for nearly three decades. His family includes his wife, three daughters, and a son.
Shrestha’s last rites are going to be performed at Aryaghat in Pashupati.
