Kathmandu, 25 December: A Chinese technical team is coming to Nepal soon for the the feasibility study of the Kerung-Kathmandu railway.
According to the Ministry of Physical Infrastructure and Transport, after the arrival of the Chinese team, there will be an agreement between Nepal and the Chinese government for the feasibility study. If any unforeseen problem does not arise, the contract process will be completed soon and the works will be taken forward. The actual distance of the railway, the length of the tunnel, the height of bridge and station etc. will be finalized from this study.
