Kathmandu, 24 December: A man has died after falling from the stairs in Sindhupalchowk. According to District Police Office, 45-year-old Sher Bahadur Shrestha, resident of Balefi Rural Municipality-4 Upper Bazar, died at 10 o’clock on Friday night seeing his 46-year-old Keshari hanged herself from the ceiling fan.
Screaming in panic Sher Bahadur, who was sitting on the top floor, fell off the staris and was seriously injured. He was rushed to Sindhubhar Hospital for treatment and died in course of treatment. Keshari, who attempted suicide, is being treated at Dhulikhel Hospital. Her condition is critical. Investigation into the incidence is underway
