Kathmandu, 20 December: Nabil Bank has continued the fatal disease insurance programme in Nabil Savings Account. The bank has been providing this insurance facility for the last four years and decided to continue it for the fifth year as well.
According to the bank, the claims of 338 customers have been paid under this insurance amounting to Rs.629.4 million. The bank has been insuring each account holder with Rs.300,000 and Rs.75,000 for life insurance which started four years ago for fatal diseases. The bank has been providing such facilities for the benefit of its account holders and for providing financial relief in case of fatal illness.
