Kathmandu, 12 December: Heads of security agencies were seen together at Khumaltar, the residence of Maoist Center Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda, who is always busy due to political and diplomatic meetings.
Inspector General of Nepal Police Dhiraj Pratap Singh and another Inspector General of Armed Police Forces Raju Aryal were seen at Prachanda’s Khumaltar-based residence at around 1.30 pm. this afternoon, reports janaaastha.com. Prachanda, who is claiming to be the next Prime Minister, has been seen as quite significant in political circles when he held a meeting with the heads of both the police organizations at the same time.
