Kathmandu, 28 November: Vote counting of the proportional election for the House of Representatives is on. By Monday morning, 9239000 votes have been counted. Of late, the Rastriya Swatantra Party has occupied the third position by pushing down the Maoist Center to the fourth position.

Nepali Congress: 2387000
Rastriya Swatantra Party: 1059000
Maoist Center: 1052000
Rastriya Prajatantra Party: 544000
Janata Samajwadi Party: 319000
Unified Socialist Party: 248000
