Kathmandu, 23 November: Rastriya Prajatantra Party candidate in Banke electoral constituency No 2, Dhawal Shumsher Rana has won the election for the member of the House of Representatives.
Rana bagged 29 thousand 573 votes against his nearest rival Mohmmad Istiyaka Rai of the Janata Samajwadi Party. Rai received 23 thousand 520 votes.
