Krishna Gopal Shrestha from UML has won the parliamentary election from Kathmandu-9 electoral constituency.
Shrestha bagged 11,956 votes against his nearest rival Tekbahadur Pokhrel of the National Independent Party, who bagged 10,961 votes.
