Kathmandu, 21 November: The Election Commission has accepted that only 61 per cent of votes, less than previous expectation, were cast in the 20 November elections.
The Commission has informed that in 15 booths, repolling is going to conduct today.
In many constituencies, vote counting has started. According to the primary announcement, the Independent Party is also leading in some electoral constituencies.
In Lalitpur-2, UML is leading and the Independent Party is in the second position.
