Kathmandu, 21 November: Nepali Congress has become the first party to begin its victory in the 20 November elections with the victory of NC candidate Yogesh Gauchan in Mustang.
Gauchan bagged three thousand nine hundred 92 votes against his nearest rival Prem Prasad Tulachan who had contested election from UML party, who bagged three thousand 78 votes only in the election for the member of the House of Representatives.
