Kathmandu, 21 November: Saptari Constituency No. 2, which is watched with great interest, the Janmat Party has taken an initial lead. Chandrakant (CK) Raut, who is also the President of the Janamat Party, is leading by 3016 votes over the rival Janata Samajwadi Party President Upendra Yadav. Yadav has received 1170 votes in the counted votes so far, according to the Saptari District Election Office.
