Kathmandu, 20 November: The vehicle movement halted for today due to the general elections, can be operated after 7 pm today. 

Although voting time is over at 5 pm, those who are staying in the queue can vote even after 5 pm. Therefore, the vehicle movement is halted until 7 pm.
