Kathmandu, 15 November: Gandaki Province Physical Infrastructure, Urban Development and Transport Minister Kumar Khadka has been relieved from the post. Chief Minister Krishna Chandra Pokharel sacked the party’s candidate on Tuesday on the charge of non-cooperation. He was inactive as he did not get ticket. Khadka had previously become the Congress MP under proportional representation system.
Khadka was appointed as a minister in August, 2021. Earlier, Harisharan Acharya, Minister of Energy, Water Resources and Drinking Water, was also sacked on the charge of non-cooperation with the candidate of the ruling coalition.
