Kathmandu, 12 November: Chief Election Commissioner Dinesh Thapaliya informed that no separate pass is required for the operation of vehicles carrying patients, ambulances, hearses, fire engines, media personnel, vegetables and fruits, health personnel, security personnel etc. on the 20 November polling day.
According to the Commission, vehicles other than those listed in the commission cannot be operated without a permit.
Vehicles belonging to media persons holding press cards from the Information Department and the provincial authorities are allowed to run on 20 November.
