Kathmandu, 13 October: With the aim of facilitating international remittance payments, Machhapuchchhre Bank Limited (MBL) has launched Visa Direct service in collaboration with Visa International. The MBL customers, having Visa card, can now send remittances easily from abroad.
One can remit money to Nepal from any corner of the world as more than 180 countries are connected to the Visa Direct. For hassle-free remittance service, clients can send money through net-banking, mobile or ATM to a 16-digit Visa card number. Through this service, one can get real-time remittances from home and abroad in a simple, easy, and safe way through a 16-digit Visa card at an affordable rate.
The MBL, since its inception, is determined to bring service facilities based on new technologies to its customers, has recently launched its own mobile wallet Remit App for the first time in the history of Nepal’s commercial banking, while other latest digital services such as mobile banking services, internet banking services, online account and installments, among others. It has introduced many advanced technologies including account opening to its customers, as per the press statement issued by the bank.
