Kathmandu, 28 August: Considering the 20 November election, the Election Commission is going to start updating the voter list from today. The voter list is going to be published at the Ward Offices and also the offices of the Election Commission and from 29 to 31 August, one can register a complaint against any suspicious voter and also those voters whose name has been included in more than one place.
The names of those deceased persons and also those who have surrendered Nepali citizenship will also be excluded from the voter list.
The Commission had listed 17 million 733 thousand 723 voters by mid-April this year.
The Commission after the local elections had again collected the list of new voters, which has been stopped from 5 August along with the announcement of the election date.
