Kathmandu, 23 August: A meeting of the top leaders of the ruling coalition is being held today as the meeting held on Monday evening ended without a conclusion. Though the discussion focused on the distribution of seats for the November 20 elections, it failed to reach conclusion. The top leaders will sit at Prime Minister’s residence, Baluwatar later this afternoon and finalize the seat allotment for the House of Representatives and Provincial Assembly elections, according to Prime Minister’s Secretariat.
