Oli meets Lingden

Kathmandu, 13 August: UML chair K.P. Sharma Oli and RPP chair Rajendra Lingden met on Friday, 12 August at Oli’s residence in Balkot. 

They discussed the possibility of an electoral alliance between the two parties for the 20 November elections. 

“The two leaders discussed the possibility of developing an electoral alliance on the 20 November elections,” said Mohan Shrestha, RPP spokesman. 

Shrestha informed that RPP has kept doors open for dialogue with all. 

This is the first meeting between Oli and Lingden after the local elections. 

Lingden had reached Balkot to meet the UML chair.
