Kathmandu, 31 July: An earthquake measuring 6.0 Richter scale today at 8:13 am jolted the eastern Nepal.
The epicenter of the earthquake was at Martimbirta of Sakela Rural Municipality in Khotang district, Eastern Nepal, National Seismology and Research Center said.
The jolt of the earthquake was also experienced in the Kathmandu Valley.
