Kathmandu, 24 June: A writ petition has been registered at the supreme Court demanding the dismissal of Prembahadur Ale from the post of the minister.
It also demanded an interim order for suspending the minister immediately from the post and also disqualifying him from contesting elections in future.
In connection with the dirty words used by the Minister to a senior officer, the writ petition has been registered at the SC on Thursday.
Advocate duo Kishor Poudel and Anupam Bhattarai have registered the writ petition against Minister Ale.
An audio recording using dirty words against the then executive chairman Yubraj Adhikari was made public recently.
