Kathmandu, 24 June: Today, 10 Asar, is the deadline for presenting the budget for the new fiscal year by all 253 local bodies nationwide according to the constitutional provision.
As the Budhiganga Municipality is yet to elect the new team, except for this municipality, all 252 local bodies are likely to present the budget for the fiscal year 2022/23 today.
There are six metropolis cities, 11 sub-metropolis cities, 267 municipalities and 460 rural municipalities in seven provinces in the country.
