Parliament session ends abruptly
Kathmandu, 2 July: The ongoing budget session of the parliament has been ended abruptly today following the President’s letter.
President Bidya Devi Bhandari, under the recommendation of the council of ministers this morning, has ended the ongoing budget session.
This morning, the cabinet meeting held at Baluwatar had decided to end the budget session of the parliament and had recommended the President for ending the ongoing session.
To avoid possible obstacles against the government from the parliament following the ongoing tussle between the Oli and his rival camp in the ruling party, the cabinet meeting today had taken sudden decision to end the parliament session.
