Kathmandu, 13 May : An all- party meeting has kicked off at Prime Minister’s residence to discuss India’s encroachment of Lipulekh. The meeting is attended by former Prime Ministers and the chiefs of various political parties representing people in the parliament.
India inaugurated a strategic link road connecting Mansarover of Tibetan Autonomous Region and Darchula of India for local trading and pilgrimages via Lipulekh Pass of Nepal last Friday.
