Kathmandu, 27 April : Former Secretary of the Government of Nepal Bhim Upadhyaya has been released on bail of Rs 25,000.He was released this afternoon on the order of the Kathmandu District Court. Upadhyay was arrested on the charge of misusing social media for character assassination and defaming the government, as well as the incumbent Prime Minister.
