Kathmandu, 20 January : Kathmandu District Administration Office has issued an arrest warrant against pop singer Astha Raut on charge of indecent behaviour. Responding to a case filed by police constable Ramita Shrestha the Kathmandu District Administration Office issued the arrest warrant. Last week she had misbehaved with constable Shrestha deputed at the domestic airport in Kathmandu using derogatory language against Nepal Police.
