Kathmandu, 29 December: Police have arrested 13 cadres of the communist party led by Netra Bikram Chand ‘Biplav’ as they were about to stage a demonstration against India’s alleged border encroachment. All the detainees are kept in Nepal Police Club.The government has banned the party as it resorted to violent activities.
