Kathmandu, 19 December : The Patan High Court on Thursday ordered that Krishna Bahadur Mahara should be kept in jail to serve his judicial custody for an attempt to rape.A joint bench of Judges Nahakul Subedi and Tek Bahadur Kunwar upheld the order of Kathmandu District Court while responding to a review petition filed by Mahara.In the petition, Mahara had sought his release on general date.
