Kathmandu, 17 December : Sagarmatha Bureau In-charge and Udaypur district In-charge of the outlawed Nepal Communist Party (NCP) led by Netra Bikram Chand aka Biplav have been nabbed. Acting on a tip-off, a special squad of Nepal Police apprehended Sagarmatha Bureau Incharge Dewas Singh Rai and Udaypur district In-charge Surendra Thapa, states Nepal Police news report.
