Kathmandu, 12 December : A body of 19-year-old youth was found in the Mahakali Irrigation Canal at Sisaiya at Bedkot in Kanchanpur district.The deceased has been identified as Santosh Panta of Krishnapur Municipality-2 in Kanchanpur district. According District Police Office, Narendra Chand, the youth was found drowned when he was spotted.
