Kathmandu, 9 December: Biratnagar, Dec 9 (RSS): Nepali Congress (NC)’s General-Secretary Dr Shashank Koirala has said that NC’s next national convention would be postponed for a year owing to some internal reasons.Talking to media persons at the Biratnagar airport today, he admitted that various groups had supported in the recently held by-election.
The results of the recently held by-election had reflected the situation that NC was yet to be strong.Stating that NC was actively and positively playing the role of opposition in the government, Koirala clarified that NC wanted to move ahead being on board with the incumbent government.
