Kathmandu, 5 December : The Supreme Court has issued a writ mandamus to the government directing it to allow RK Diamond to open its shop owned and operated by the infamous 33-kg gold smuggling case indicted Rajendra Kumar Shakya. The apex court on Wednesday allowed to open the two shops that were sealed by police.
