Kathmandu,5 December : Prime Minister Khadga Prasad Oli has been discharged from Manmohan Cardiothoracic Vascular and Transplant Center inside the Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital (TUTH) premises Thursday after staying there for 10 days.
