Kathmandu, 30 November: A bomb has exploded at Deep Chandika polling center of Pokhara Metropolitan City-16 in Kaski-2 o today.
This is the fourth incident of explosion in Kaski Constituency-2 carried out by an unidentified group to thwart by-elections underway today. However, no human casualties are reported.
