Kathmandu, 21 November: Former speaker Krishnabahadur Mahara, who is under the judiciary arrest, has filed a case against the Kathmandu District Court’s verdict to jail him.
Mahara is facing an attempt to rape case against one of his lady staffers when he was the speaker.
Mahara has filed a case at High Court in Lalitpur against the District Court’s decision.
