Kathmandu, 20 November :Nepali Congress (NC) general secretary Dr Shashanka Koirala has said Kalapani and Lipulek are parts of Nepal’s territory and their ownership can’t be given to others under any circumstances.
Talking to media persons briefly at Biratnagar Airport today, the general secretary of the main opposition said the party supported Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli’s commitment that even an inch of Nepali territory would not be allowed to be taken by any country.
