Kumari Bank Ltd, under the corporate social responsibility programme, has handed over a cheque worth one hundred thousand rupees for distributing education materials, warm trek-shoots, teafen boxes and school bags for poor students in the Gyanjyoti Basic School in Lamatar, Lalitpur with the aim of contributing for quality education.
Bank’s deputy chief executive officer Rajeeb Giri handed over the cheque to the head master of the School Bishnu Bhandari.
Parents of the school children, ward No 9 chairman of the Mahalaxmi Municipality Basudev Gautam, Kumari Bank’s staffers were present at the programme.
