Kathmandu, 19 November: The ruling Nepal Communist Party will not implement ‘One person, one post policy’ anytime soon, according to Deputy Parliamentary Party leader Subas Nembang and Prachand will not be having any executive powers in the party. He has also claimed that no leader of the party belonging to Prachand Camp will be made Speaker and no gentleman’s agreement reached between Oli and Prachand relating to lead the government in rotation. Oli will be Prime Minister for full five years and he is all set to reshuffling his Cabinet anytime soon.
