Kathmandu, 16 November: Judge Deepak Dhakal, along with the verdict to keep Aftab Alam under the judiciary custody, has left the district on Friday. He has demanded immediate transfer from Rautahat district.
Also, advocate Phanindraraj Katwal, district attorney, who had advocated against Alam, has left the district, reports Naya Patrika daily.
Alam’s gang is learnt to have creating terror in the district. They have even threatened judiciary sector to influence Alam’s case, therefore, the judge and others were compelled to quit the district.
