Kathmandu, 4 November: Dr Govinda KC has started his 17th hunger strike from Dadeldhura putting forth his seven-point demands. He has demanded prompt implementation of Medical Education Act, among others. He has also accused the government of appointing Dr Bhagawan Koirala as head of Medical Council on political ground.
