Kathmandu, 1 November: The Rautahat District Police Office (RDPO)has filed attempted murder and holding and transporting explosive materials against Nepali Congress Parliamentarian Mohammad Aftab Alam in addition to a charge of explosion and the subsequent murder of at least 23 persons in Rautahat 12 years ago.
According to RDPO, the police will submit the file against him in the District Attorney Office today.
