Kathmandu, 21 October: Kumar Poudel of Netrabikram Chand led Nepal Communist Party was killed under the Police custody not in encounter, according to the National Human Rights Commission.
The Police had claimed that Poudel was killed in an encounter in Lalbandi, Sharlahai District.
The Commission has asked to take action against those officers who were involved in killing of Poudel.
